Welcome to UP Expedite LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, 906Delivery.com, or our courier and delivery services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms").

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

​1. Service Overview

UP Expedite LLC provides courier, medical courier, rapid stat delivery, final-mile, and same-day parcel delivery services across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Our services may include scheduled deliveries, on-demand pickups, and contract-based logistics solutions.

​2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To use our Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking deliveries.
Ensure that the items for delivery comply with all applicable laws and our Prohibited Items Policy (see Section 3).

You agree not to:
Use our services for illegal activities.
Interfere with or disrupt our operations.
Provide false information about delivery addresses, recipients, or packages.

​3. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, UP Expedite LLC does not transport the following:
Hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable substances).
Illegal drugs, firearms, or stolen goods.
Perishable food items without proper packaging.
Live animals.
Items exceeding our weight or size limits (contact us for details).

If a shipment violates these restrictions, we reserve the right to refuse service, report the violation, and/or take legal action if necessary.

​4. Delivery Timelines & Delays

We strive to meet all scheduled and same-day deliveries; however, delivery times are estimates and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions 

  • Traffic delays 

  • Road closures 

  • Carrier availability 

UP Expedite LLC is not liable for any indirect losses resulting from late deliveries.

​5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy

Pricing: Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, package size, and urgency.
Payments: We accept check, cash, credit cards. Business invoicing once approved.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds once a delivery is picked up, except in cases of service failure directly caused by UP Expedite LLC.

​6. Liability & Insurance

UP Expedite LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage once a package is delivered to the recipient’s specified location. If insurance coverage is available for certain shipments, the customer must request and pay for it in advance.

For high-value items, customers should ensure proper packaging and consider third-party insurance options.

​7. Cancellations & Modifications

Before Pickup: Customers may cancel a delivery request up to [X minutes/hours] before pickup for a full refund.
After Pickup: Once a package is in transit, cancellations are not permitted.

For modifications (e.g., address changes, rescheduling), please contact our support team immediately at 906-212-3020. Additional fees may apply.

​8. Use of Website & Intellectual Property

All content on 906Delivery.com, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by UP Expedite LLC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy​

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect customer data.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, customers agree to resolve issues informally by contacting our support team. If a resolution is not reached, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration in the state of Michigan, following applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
